Description

Make a transformational impact on wealth equity and economic justice for hundreds of thousands of workers. In partnership with Lindauer, Ownership Works is seeking a Senior Director, Advancement to lead fundraising for a high-growth, high-impact nonprofit on a mission to increase shared ownership and wealth-building opportunities for workers globally.

This position is ideal for an experienced, action-oriented fundraising leader who thrives in a dynamic collaborative, high-performance environment and is inspired by O.W.’s transformative mission. Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

Lead an advancement operation to secure $75 million by 2030.
Oversee a team of five fundraising professionals and a sophisticated Salesforce platform.
Steward relationships with top-tier donors, institutional funders, and O.W.’s influential network.
Collaborate with leadership to drive major gifts, Board engagement, and strategic fundraising efforts.
Build on a strong foundation of tools, systems, and a well-developed fundraising plan to amplify O.W.’s national impact
