Rosann Santos

Born and raised in the Bronx to Dominican parents, ​Rosann has her Bachelor’s Degree in History and Mathematics from Syracuse University and a Master of Arts degree in history from the University at Albany.

Currently serving as the Director of Alumni Relations at John Jay College of Criminal Justice, Rosann has worked in higher education for over 20 years. Her motto is Lifting as I Climb. Outside of her work responsibilities, she is a career motivational speaker, career coach and host of a podcast called Design Your Decade: Journey to the C-Suite. Rosann is also the founder of Latinas in Higher Education, a certified Gallup StrengthsFinder facilitator, an entrepreneur, fundraiser, exceptional communicator and master networker. Rosann still lives in the Bronx, NY with her 14 year-old son Ethan.
