Stone Barns Center seeks an experienced, exceptional, mission-driven individual to serve as Executive Administrative Coordinator reporting to the Director of Strategic Integration and Board Relations.

This is an opportunity to join a high-performing team that is making a unique contribution in the world. Stone Barns Center is based in Pocantico Hills, New York and the Executive Administrative Coordinator position must be based in the area.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and refine internal processes that support the Executive Office, coordinating internal and external resources to expedite workflow

  • Facilitate communication between the Executive Office and external partners, liaising with internal and external executives on various projects and tasks

  • Plan and orchestrate work to ensure the Executive Office’s priorities are met, organizational goals are achieved, and best practices are upheld

  • Provides the logistics and scheduling support to execute the Executive Office’s schedule and strategic calendar

  • Prepares and compiles briefings and coordinates preparation material for the office

  • Organizes and executes events for high-profile constituents

  • Drafts, analyzes, and evaluates correspondence for the office, including emails, memoranda, reports, letters, and other documents

  • Manages internal expense reports for the office

  • Provides ad hoc support to the SBC leadership team

Requirements

Preferred Qualifications/Experience

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment

  • Critical thinker seeking an opportunity to utilize your administrative and operations skill set in a dynamic organization

  • Team player and a problem solver eager to be part of a high performing organization

  • High emotional intelligence and exceptional writing skills

  • Fluency in Spanish (both written and verbal)

  • Pleasant demeanor, discretion and confidentiality

  • Minimum of two years’ work experience, with administrative and scheduling experience.

  • Proficiency in data management, database experience required; Salesforce experience preferred

  • Working in development is a plus

  • Highly capable in working with database software, spreadsheet software, graphing and charting software, and presentation software

Salary Range and Employee Benefits

From $51,000 per year Stone Barns Center is committed to equity and inclusion throughout every aspect of our work and team.
