How to Apply for this Job

About the Organization

B Lab has been a key driver of economic systems change for over 15 years. But over the past 18 months, the inequality of how—and for whom—our economic and political systems work has been laid bare.

At the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic, B Lab, like many other non-profit organizations, was forced to consider scaling back our operations. However, instead of a decline or stagnation in this movement, B Lab has experienced unprecedented interest in our narrative, our community, and our tools.

Today, we have a historic opportunity to capitalize on this momentum and drive more impact. To that end, the Strategic Growth team is tasked with significantly growing our philanthropic funding to ensure we are able to ‘meet the moment’.
