Description
Reporting to the Board of Directors, the President and CEO will also lead in communicating the vision and program objectives to internal and external constituencies and will work collaboratively with the board, staff, and volunteers in formulating policy, developing strategy, raising funds, and achieving performance standards. Key achievements for the CEO will be best defined in terms of the organization’s success in having more measurable impact within the five impact areas. This leader will provide inspiring leadership to external and internal constituencies. They will also be responsible for skillfully leading fund development strategy efforts while balancing a wide array of interests and needs.
