Aspen Leadership Group is proud to partner with Centre College in the search for an Associate Vice President for Development and Alumni Engagement.

Responsibilities

Reporting to the Vice President for Development and Alumni Engagement, the Associate Vice President for Development and Alumni Engagement will serve as a key strategic and operational leader responsible for overall management of the development team and the units within donor relations, database services, major gifts, annual giving, corporate and foundation relations, planned giving, alumni relations, and events.

The Associate Vice President will work collaboratively to advance the goals of the Office of Development and Alumni Engagement as a proven leader who values collaboration, innovation, and creativity, and will be well-versed in all facets of institutional fundraising.

Requirements

A bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience is preferred for this position as is at least 10 years of experience leading, supervising, and managing development teams of at least five direct reports.

Salary Range and Employee Benefits

The salary for this position is between $100,000 and $120,000 annually.
