Kick-off the fall season with our career fair. WOC is joining forces with Deconstructing Development’s new Women’s Initiative for a powerful evening of networking, resume review and connecting with top executive search professionals and coaches!
WOC Learning Lab: Deconstructing DAFS

Join Elaine Chu and May Mark, Philanthropic Strategists Fidelity Charitable’s Private Donor Group, as they de-mystify donor-advised funds (DAFs), one of the fastest-growing vehicles for charitable giving.
Give to Women and Girls Day

This year, the Women’s Philanthropy Institute is partnering with Amplify Her® Foundation to host a Give to Women and Girls Day celebration at New-York Historical Society, to call attention to the gap in philanthropic support for women and girls — using this moment to galvanize awareness and funding.
WOC is thrilled to be an Anchor Partner in this work, as well as an Event Coalition Partner for the flagship event in New York City.

The WOC Community is made up of fundraisers, grant officers, philanthropists, leaders, changemakers, volunteers, community builders, advocates, dreamers and more. We are women of color from many walks of life, bringing our experiences and personal stories to inspire and uplift one another. We are dedicated to celebrating the stories, career achievements, and radiance of our WOC women.
We offer two membership plans for women in different stages of their careers to foster growth and leadership—both designed for the success of women of color in the non-profit sector. We also recently launched our first in-person chapter, the Greater New York/Tri-State Chapter.
