WOC Takes Washington D.C.!
May 6th was a busy day for WOC, as we brought together powerhouse women of color from around the Capital Region for an evening of community. It was incredible to finally put faces with names after so long on Zoom.
With brilliant conversations and a decadent candy bar, we were thrilled to learn more about each other and we predict many collaborations will be formed from this one evening together.
Special thanks to WOC Advisory Committee member, Jeannie Sager and Indiana University for kindly hosting this event at the exquisite and historic Willard Building.
