Keith Roseboro
Keith Roseboro, a native of The Bronx, New York, is recognized as a people connector with a passion for helping others elevate. His journey into workforce development began in 2015 as an Employment Manager and Recruiter for Learning To Work, a Department of Education-funded program. This role ignited his love for talent acquisition, a field where he has thrived, meeting remarkable professionals, speaking at various conferences, and facilitating workshops.
With experience as a Recruiter and Senior Recruiter across nonprofit, tech, and staffing industries, Keith has built a robust career. In 2013, he earned his degree in Information Technology from Monroe College. Beyond his professional life, he enjoys brunch and traveling.
In February 2024, Keith further enhanced his expertise by earning a Career Coach certification from IAP Career College. Keith’s commitment to connecting people and fostering relationships drives his mission to help individuals reach their full potential.
